Features
There's a lot more features in this version, bringing it much closer to the official toolbar. I will briefly explain a few of them below.
Overview
The first version of this toolbar was meant to be simple, providing just the basic functions like stumbling and reviewing pages. The new version allows you to give pages the thumbs up or down, and incorporates almost all of the features found on the official toolbar.
StumbleThru
This is a new feature called StumbleThru. What it does is allow you to stumble domain-specific pages. Right now it's limited to some of the most popular sites out there, and I'm sure more will be added in the near future. I personally like stumbling through YouTube and Flickr.
Channel Surf
Channel surfing allows you to stumble around pages that have been specifically tagged with various keywords. Right now it's limited to a few channels, and is missing the ability to stumble based on a keyword or tag that you enter, which will be available in the next release.
My Stuff
These are areas of StumbleUpon that are all about you. Your profile, your favorite pages, your friends, and so on. You can update your preferences from here too.
Other Features
In the official toolbar, this area is known as Tools, and has things that are geared towards StumbleUpon, like top stumblers, tags, their forum, etc.
